    I managed to get to the IP by pressing “back” to get to the home screen and going to device settings. The app will often start up in “add a device mode” after a day or two. I can get it temporarily working by connecting via Bluetooth from the device settings in the app, but when I re-connect it to WiFi and come back just a few minutes later with Bluetooth off, it doesn’t respond to the instructions I give it from the app anymore. I’ll contact support in a non-public forum with my MAC address.
