    Same thing happens to me. Has happened since launch day. Don’t think they will ever fix it. In fact, I dont think they plan on fixing anything in the problem plagued units.

    If you look at the listing for the specific device on Page 15, it is not listed as supporting HomeKit. We probably shouldn’t hold our breath.

    Interestingly, lower in the document.. Page 23 says “Apple Homekit commands are coming soon”.

    Anyone else notice how an official post from Orbit got moved to the Customer Suggestion area? I suppose they thought less people would notice it there?

    Hello,

    I got a prompt of a firmware update this morning, which is exciting! But how do I get an understanding of what is included in it? Did these change logs ever get released? Even at a high level, I like to know what I’m installing before hitting accept.

    Thank you Josh for a great post. It’s great to have the details. This still seems like something that is natural to the usage of the device (especially with multiple of them) to me. So I have faith you will solve the technical issues and get it to us!

    I heard from support today that this is now a known issue, and that a firmware update is coming soon to resolve the issue.

    I’ve been resetting mine by pushing the power button 5 times within 2 seconds. The light flashes red when it is reset.
