    Thanks mhilbush! Changing the batteries fixed the issue. When I opened the app, it showed the battery level at 80% but I guess that was just a leftover from the previous time I had checked the app a few months ago. Looks like a pair of batteries lasted about 4 months. Good to know going forward.

    Once again, one of my timers is no longer working correctly. Today is the last day it’s eligible for return so I have to take that opportunity. Unfortunately I’m stuck with my other unit, which for the time being, is working, but it’s only been a week since trying to fix it. I just hope it continues to work consistently.

    Hi Ryan, I’ve connected via bluetooth and I saw the error you were speaking of. The message indicated that the time issue had been fixed and should all work now.

    This morning, both timers have worked without issue. I’ll continue to monitor going forward.

    Hi again Ryan.

    My timers were both working for the last couple days, one of them still worked this morning but the other failed to turn on despite the schedule being set.

    This is the one that failed this am: 44:67:55:10:84:5E

    Any thoughts on how to proceed?

    Thanks Ryan, I’ll let you know how it goes.

    I made sure to update both of my timers but I didn’t see an update for the hub (I’m assuming you mean the wifi dongle?). Can that be manually updated and I just missed the place in the app to update it?

    I saw another post where the person said they had to unplug and re-plug their wifi dongle. I tried that and was able to establish manual watering ability again. I was hopeful that the timers would work but again, this morning, one of them worked and one of them did not.

    I disabled smart watering yesterday as I felt maybe that was causing some issue (though, I never received warnings that watering would stop and it was not watering for days at a time when there was no rain forecast).

    My mac addresses are:
    Timer: 44:67:55:10:84:5E (this one was scheudled to run this morning at 7:31am PT and it failed to do so, I manually started it at around 7:55.
    Timer: 44:67:55:10:5B:A2 (this one appears to have run this morning at 7:01, as scheduled.
    Wifi dongle: 44:67:55:20:2A:D9

    It would be up to you, do you want two independent zones? If you do, then you want to split the hose and get two timers. If you only need one zone, then connect the timer and split the hose after the timer.

    If you have two timers, you control when they operate so it’s up you to program them so they don’t overlap.
