I have a similar problem. I have a hose timer with a hub. The timer was OK for two days after installation but now it appears as: Your device is currently set to OFF. I go to devices, choose the hose timer, slide the OFF -Auto slider to Auto, when I go back to previous page with list of devices and go back to the OFF-Auto setting, it shows OFF even though I had changed it to Auto. I have re-installed the hose timer once.
On top of this, this hose timer is not appearing in my account. I have another timer for sprinklers and this one is the only one appearing in my account and it shows Auto all the time.

Same problem. When trying to run manually, app says: “Server took too long to respond”. Can anyone from support help us?
