Hello Jogranger, Thank you for your feedback! Could we please have your timers mac address to take a further look into your timer? Thank you!Spread the love!
Hello fcaron, I’m sorry there is no way to isolate a particular zone for a rain delay. Currently it only sets the delay for the device as a whole. However manual waterings are unaffected by rain delays. so if that one zone needs water while there is a rain delay set you could just water it through the manual setting. Thank you!Spread the love!
Hello murphy1ryan, Your timer was connected so I was able to push your firmware update. If it ever looses connection again you could try power cycling your timer, unplugging the ribbon cable, and the resetting your timer. You could also edit your DNS settings on your router to 184.108.40.206 with 220.127.116.11 as a back-up. If your still experiencing issues beyond that please either email us, or call our product support team for further troubleshooting. Thank you!Spread the love!
Hello Zwing, If you want to water all of your zones before smart watering occurs you will want to either set a custom program to run, or just set a manual watering.Spread the love!
Hello brryder, could I have tour timers mac address to take a look at it? Thank you!Spread the love!
Hello rthayne, I’ve updated the firmware for both of your timers. Please let us know if your issue continues. Thank you!Spread the love!
Hello rthayne, are you setting notifications from the app, or your phone settings? Also I’m assuming that your wife has an android phone as well?Spread the love!
Hello Bunting and JakeShivers, both of your timers are currently set with the latest firmware versions. Please let us know if we can help with anything else!Spread the love!
Hello nourt14, we’ve updated your firmware, however it looks like no watering schedules are being set, because of the weather forecasts which show rain every day until Monday the 20th, only to pick up again on Wednesday the 22nd. If you feel as the current rain fall isn’t enough water you could either adjust your timers weather settings, set a custom program, or just set some manual waterings until your rain ends. Thank You!Spread the love!
sd.rasmussen65, sorry currently there is no way to check your GPH or any of those “performance” settings. However smart watering does keep track, and uses it when calculating watering schedules. There is just no place where it is recorded in the app to see. I believe this is a feature that will be added in the future however there is no set date for when it will be available. I believe there are some types of meters that can be used to gather the information your looking for. That may be something you’d like to look into. Best of luck!Spread the love!
Hello wtstreetglow, I’ve spoken with a developer, and from what they can see it has to do with when the smart functions were active, and what the forecast was at the time. Since they ran at different times the forecasts between each timer are slightly different (for amount, and probability). This is why your devices were set to different rain delays. Sorry for the delay in my response!Spread the love!
