I’m having the same issue (again – happened last season also). Was there an update to fix it? I have set a rain delay and it still says it will begin watering tomorrow 🙁Spread the love!
Any update on the fix for this?Spread the love!
It looks like if I connect via Bluetooth the rain delay works but if I try to set the delay through my hub (Indoor Timer) then it doesn’t take.Spread the love!
Any thoughts on this? The MAC address of one of my timers is 44:67:55:10:1D:B8.Spread the love!
I have the same issue but my hose timers are already on v41. Setting a manual rain delay works fine on my Indoor Timer just not on my hose timers.Spread the love!
It seems to be working fine now.
Question, does the calendar reflect the rain delay? My calendar is showing watering tomorrow but that shouldn’t be.Spread the love!
Sorry, I didn’t get a notification that there was a reply. I replaced the rechargeable AA batteries I was using with regular AAs and that seems to have solved the issue so far. I’ll respond back if it continues. Thanks!Spread the love!
I see the firmware has been updated for the Indoor Timer but the Faucet Timer still shows the same firmware, 32. Would you mind trying that one again?Spread the love!
Please update the firmware for my two devices. Indoor timer 44:67:55:40:15:1C, and Faucet Timer 44:67:55:10:1D:B8. They are linked together as a device group and both have internet connectivity. Thanks!Spread the love!
Well I spoke too soon. I had changed my program to 11:30 PM and that worked last night after the time updated over Bluetooth but now I just got a notification that it watered again at 11:30 AM. So the time is off again by 12 hours. Can anyone help me with this?Spread the love!
I noticed in the app that you can manually connect to the faucet timer with Bluetooth even if it’s connected through WiFi using a hub (like my Indoor Timer). The interesting thing is that when I connected to it over Bluetooth I got s message that said the time was wrong on the faucet timer and that it would be updated automatically. After that the programs started working as expected.Spread the love!
I found an ABCD unit today as well (in an ABC box).
Still hoping to hear back from Orbit on whether the current indoor unit will be homekit compatible with an update as well.Spread the love!
That doesn’t answer my question. All of the homekit posts in this thread have referred to the outdoor timer with the buttons, so I’m clear there that the outdoor timers with the A B C D buttons will receive homekit support. My question is will the indoor timer also receive homekit support? Or has Home Depot made a mistake with the signage?Spread the love!
Will the indoor timer be homekit certified as well? I noticed at Home Depot today they have a banner up for the indoor timer that has a homekit badge, but the boxes themselves don’t have the badge.Spread the love!
My Home Depot has the Orbit signs that have the homekit badge as well but I checked inside several boxes and they are all the A B C version. My guess is that the signs were sent to the stores with instructions on when to put them up and they were put up early. I’ll just keeping checking back.Spread the love!
