@floryJ, Ok I’ve updated your firmware. If your issue continues please follow Steven’s advice and check your router settings and/or contact your ISP.

I’m having the same issue trying to run individual zones manually with them shutting off after about 60 seconds. It appears that updating the firmware resolved that issue for other users. Please update mine as well.

One out of three of my controllers is constantly doing this. It randomly affects my timers – but of course, it’s THE ONE I need to run manually run right then. (Out of morbid curiousity, I have often tried to manually run another timer, and sure enough THEY ALWAYS WORK. Image the frustration.)

Ryan, when you get to – oh… I don’t know – 10000 customers, are you still going to be asking each one of us, one at a time, to send you Mac addresses to fix??? You ever want to sleep, take vacation, shower, eat??

The timers have an auto update feature, the firmware we’re currently pushing manually just has not been released to the masses yet. It has been tested and passed internal testing but we’re in a limited release mode for a bit. Once it has been fully released all the timers that don’t already have it will update on their own.

Yes, we like to sleep too.

    Thanks for your concern! 😉
