    Many of you may have seen the email from our team late last week. For those who haven’t, here are the steps to winterizing your B-hyve Hose Faucet Timer.

    But first, before winterizing, now is the perfect time to update your B-hyve device firmware. To do this: Open B-hyve app>Settings>Devices>Select device>then scroll down to Update Firmware. Note that each device will need to be updated individually.

    For winterizing, follow these steps:

    1. Turn Water Faucet Off
    Make sure to turn off your water faucet.

    2. Remove Hose
    Remove your hose from the B-hyve timer, and store your hose indoors.

    3. Remove From Faucet
    Disconnect your B-hyve device from the hose faucet.

    4. Clean Filter
    Clean the filter of any debris that may have been accumulated during the season.

    5. Store Indoors
    Store your B-hyve device indoors to avoid freezing temperatures that may damage the device.

    I have followed these steps, including deleting all programs, run times, etc out of the application. I am still getting a daily notification from the app that my now deleted program will go on a 24 hr delay due to the weather. How do I stop these notifications??

    @Jamo That is extremely odd that you are getting notifications about your timer going into a delayed mode because I show that your hub isn’t connected, and it shouldn’t be able to get notifications if it is not connected to the server. I have temporarily disabled notifications on your system so that we can look into it.
