    Never get any notifications from this app. All my other phone apps send, and I receive, notifications.
    This would be a great product if the app worked as it should.
    On Android version 8.1

    Ritaben,

    Please try logging out of the application entirely and logging back into the application. Settings>account>log out. Please let us know if this does not resolve that issue for you.

    Have tried this many times without much success, in fact it seems to be the basic answer suggested for this problem.

    @ritaben What is the MAC ID associated with the timer? I’d like to look it up on our server and send it test notifications and find out what is causing this issue.

    Thank you for your email with regards to my lack of notifications.

    The MAC Address of my 6 station timer is – 44:67:55:02:49:B1

    Do not worry about any push notifications, I have returned product.
    Had 3 of these wifi stations and none worked as stated and I am now looking for another brand.

    Yo tampoco recibo notificaciones en mi móvil desde el principio lo he intentado restaurar varias veces y solo se recibe una notificación después ya no se recibe más. Tengo un iPhone 8 y la última versión de la App
    Me gustaría saber si se va resolver el problema, pues para este tipo de servicio, las notificaciones se hacen imprescindibles.

    Could not find another brand readily available in OZ so picked up a Gen 2 today.
    Just have to hope it performs better, at least I had no problem connecting it.

    Stephen, notifications have been coming thru to phone on last 3 occasions.
    I notice there has been 2 updates to the app recently, maybe they have helped but so far so good.
    Let’s hope it stays that way.

    Benrita I have been using the b-hyve outdoor and the app on a iPhone 5s and 10 for over 2 years and get notification just fine.

    Since last few updates all seems good.
    Notifications are now coming through to Android 9 phone.
