I just changed my internet service provider and they gave me a new modem/WiFi Router unit…I go through the process of updating the WiFi on the B-Hyve Wifi Hub, it accepts the password…and then…inexplicably says “Your device is currently disconnected…It was working just fine until I got a new Internet Service Provider and a new modem/WiFi Router unit…but this can’t be the reason why the WiFi Hub won’t work any more…all of my other smart devices, smart phones, smart tvs, smart speakers, laptops, tablets…you name it…have no problem connecting to the internet…I’ve deauthorized all the devices multiple times…I’ve re-installed the B-Hyve app multiple times…I’ve contacted my Internet Service Provider…no answers…this is absolutely ridiculous…I’ve spent 5 hours of my day trying to get this to work…PLEASE ADVISE…

Have you tried removing the Orbit hub from the outlet and leaving it unplugged for up to 2 or 3 mins? Also, remove the batteries from the sprinkler device to remove power for a couple of minutes as well, then try following the b-Hyve installation instructions as if you were installing it for the first time.
I know this may sound over-burdensome, but if you remove power from all the parts (Hub and sprinkler), and also for good measure unlink it from the WiFi/modem (so that it gets a new IP address when you re-attach it), and then try as if it was the first-ever installation, that may clear things for you.
    Good luck.

I’ve tried everything you said, but nothing has worked. What about resetting to factory settings? Does anyone know how to do that?
