    It was unresponsive a couple of hours ago- and now it is not accepting my login or password?

    When will this be addressed? I’ve got four of your HRC400 WiFi timers and even paid 20 bucks for your bhyve pro app?

    What gives?

    Thanks for posting Adrian! I apologize for the issues you had with logging into your account. We had an issue with our server on February 23, 2018, but it is now fixed. We appreciate your patience. Please let us know if you experience any further issues with logging in.
