    Trying to add my device HT25 to my account. Initially, I was able to add it successfully, and update it successfully, until the instructions on the app wanted to test the water flow rate. When I proceeded to test the flow rate, the system was left hanging for several minutes saying that it was trying to test, so I backed out of the test, tried testing the flow rate multiple times, and was never able to get it to work.

    So I decided to Deauthorize the timer from my account and start over. But I was unable to get the HT25 into pairing mode. When I remove the battery tray and reinstall it and press the on/off button for about 3 seconds, I get a red green blue red red red red sequence, then a click. No more lights after that If I tap the on/off, I get a red red red… Until I hear a click, then the light goes solid green and a flick of white (assuming it’s “watering”, but I’m testing it not hooked up to water). If I click the button again, it’s red red red until I hear a click, then no lights.

    If I try to click the button rapidly 5 times, nothing really happens.

    Feeling stuck and I don’t know what to do.

    So your device still needs to be added on to your account. You’ll need to put it into pairing mode pushing it rapidly five times in a row. So it starts blinking red, after that it will be in pairing mode. Then you will want to go to your bhyve app> settings> add device> and then continue on with the pairing process. It may take a few try’s.

    I am unable to get it into pairing mode bu pushing it 5 times rapidly. I can push it about 5 times within less than 2 seconds.
    All I see is the unit blinking red several times again and then I hear a big CLICK, and then it has a solid green light. I press it rapidly 5 times again, and it blinks red several times and it clicks again and then no light.

    I now have two units (one must have been associated to another account before) that are having this problem. It’s frustrating not being able to get this into pairing mode.

    Alright, somehow I was able to get it into pairing mode… miraculously… I charged all my batteries to full, don’t know if that had anything to do with it. It now blinks a blue/yellow and after a few attempts of pressing the on/off rapidly 5 times… I got it to flash yellow rapidly and now it’s slow blinking blue.

    I was able to “find” the device now through the app, and when I click on “This Matches My Device”, it attempts to connect to it for over 2 minutes and I get no further progress… it just hangs on “Connecting… This may take up to 2 minutes”

    In the meantime, the water timer keeps blinking blue.

    Do you have a hub or any other devices connected to your account? If so please provide us with one of those mac address. If not then go a head and send us and email at [email protected]
