    My timer stopped running the schedule I set. It would say it was set to run at the next run time, but then wouldn’t run. I was able to run it once manually, and then the timer stopped responding to commands from the Android app. I tried resetting connections from the web interface (https://techsupport.orbitbhyve.com/), and that didn’t work. So I removed the devices from the app, and now I can’t pair them again. I’ve rebooted my phone, as well as unplugged/replugged the hub, but the app just can’t find it. I’ve also replaced the batteries in the timer. Nothing works. It worked great for the first week, so I bought a second hub & timer to use on the other side of my yard, but now I’m thinking I should just send it back and try Wise Orchard’s timer, instead.

    I’m happy to report that after only a short wait (~10 minutes) for chat support, my issue is resolved and I’m back up and running again. The fix was to press the power button 5 times to put the timer back in pairing mode, then it paired with the wifi and suddenly I could see the hub again. Everything is working again. Thanks, Orbit!
