Even though I manually set the time to the correct time EST, at some point it will seem to reset back to an hour off, basically back to standard time. The only place I can find to even specify timezones is by setting the zipcode. Does this unit use timezones and/or timeservers?

Hello Homation, what is the MAC ID of your timer?

I just corrected the time before I posted this, and I dont know when it may reset its self. Also if Florida gets to drop falling back to standard time this fall, will this system handle it?

Homation, we are working to ensure the timer will auto update in daylight savings time.

Just following up that the timer is still 1 hour off, I haven’t tried to manually change it since you stated you were working on it.

@homation The time is based off of the zip code you’ve put into your timer. Your zip code is set to Nashville, which is CDT. If you’re wanting it to be Eastern time, you will need to change the zip code of your timer. To do this, go to settings > devices > your timer > edit address.

New user here; having the same issue with one in CA. Double checked my ZIP & it’s showing to be correct.

Not sure if it’s the controller or the valves you want the MAC address for but they’re 44:67:55:20:5F:4A for the controller & 44:67:55:10:E4:88 & 44:67:55:10::59:68 for the valves.

Hello Ducmike, I’ve updated the firmware for your hub/Wi-Fi bridge. if the issues continues try connecting to your timer via Bluetooth. you might get a message that says something about the time being off. If that shows power cycle your timer, and then re-connect them to the internet (device group).
