    I installed my new timer and set it up on the WiFi. It gives me an error saying it connected to the network but failed to register to my account. It gives me the number for customer service and leaves me stuck. I have tried resetting it 3 times and get the same error each time. Any thoughts or is this going to be a customer service call to get some sort of code or have them override?

    Hello ScottyGoldsmith, please provide me with the MAC ID of your timer and I can pull it up and take a look at it on our server.
