Currently no “smart” schedule calendar events are showing in my.orbitbhyve.com account?

Please provide me with a MAC ID of your timer and I’d be happy to take a look at your timer.

Also- iOS devices were not showing any smart watering events. I talked with phone support (Friday) and now calendar events are populating. That’s a good thing. The web portal is not as useful as a handheld device but would be a good verification tool.

I’m currently showing you have smart waterings scheduled all week, are you still having issues with this unit?

iOS app is working correctly now.

my.orbitbhyve.com/schedule indicates no watering schedule. Please let me know if it should.

Also – would a 3rd party “Moisture Probe” help. Another words, I would test with a probe (how deep, 2, 4 , 6 inches) in the ground and compare probe reading with B-Hyve App “soil moisture” indicator?

@buckstevens use the beta page webpage instead of this current outdated model. techsupport.orbitbhyve.com
You wont’ be able to hook the 3rd party sensor up to our timer, but if that is something you wanted to do, you certainly can. The moisture balance can be updated in the zone pages as well.
