    PLEASE help! I have our faucet timer set to smart watering and it has NOT watered my lawn! I have to manually water it, it recently went over a week without water because I had my faith in the smart watering system. The calendar will show days that smart watering is scheduled, but then that day and time will pass and the projected times to water simply disappear. I really want to use and love this product but I’m very frustrated with it right now…

    Is this just a recent problem, or did you just purchase it and it’s been like that since the initial set up? Also could I have your mac address to take a look?

    This has happened since we purchased the timer over 1 month ago. We started using it manually to water new sod, but after 3 weeks we switched to the smart watering and the lawn didn’t get watered in over a week, even with no rain in the forecast. Yesterday I did hard reset to try to resolve the issue but this morning it did not water as it said it would.

    Thank you! MAC address for the timer is 44:67:55:10:43:96 the Hub is 44:67:55:20:18:1E if you need that.

    I’ve updated the firmware of your hub and that should fix any issues. You may need to re-connect your faucet timer though. I it continues to not water your programs connect to Bluetooth. you might get a message that says something about the time being off. If that shows power cycle your timer. You will need to reconnect to the timer via Bluetooth again.
    If it still isn’t working set the program through Bluetooth instead of reconnecting to Wi-Fi.

    Thank you! How will I know if I need to reconnect the timer? It’s still listed as a device in my settings.

    Yes so it’s still connected to your account, I just saying you may want to update your Wi-Fi settings for your hub. To re-connect your timer just push the button 5 times to enter pairing mode.

    Same observation here. I have a hub plus 4 faucet timers, and the smart watering does not seem to work at all.

    You may also need a firmware up date. if you’d like me to check please provide us with your mac address.
