ParticipantI have all 4 zones setup but in he calendar it only waters one zone! Tried turning off that zones then calendar show other zone, but only one. Tried turning that off then calmed has 2 zones. The moment I have all on only one zones is scheduled! Smart watering is not working right, help! What’s contact number for support

KeymasterREACHKEV I apologize for the issues you are experiencing with smart watering. Call 1-800-488-6156 or email [email protected] if you email them, make sure you include your MAC address so they can take a look at what’s going on with your timer.

ParticipantI’m having a similar issue. I have 7 zones, all set for smart watering. If I drill down into each zone, it shows in each, that it’s scheduled to water next on April 3rd. If I go to the calendar and drill into the scheduled water time, it only shows some of the zones scheduled to run.

ParticipantI have a similar problem. Set up smart watering in the beginning of Feb. I have two controllers. We have had a rainy season here but I’m concerned that it has not watered once since I set it up. I can’t tell if any of the software is working. There are no future water events on the calendar. So far not an issue but I don’t want to find out there is an issue the hard way.

ParticipantMy clock is doing/showing the same thing. My smart watering is also turning the zones on multiple times during the day. Is this ‘smart’? Not sure what to do.

ParticipantHi….I’m having the same problem. I have zone 2 and 3 set for lawn. Only zone 2 waters. Looks like zone 9 for trees never gets watered. Please advise.

Keymastercrkreuter, what is the MAC ID of your timer? The one you provided was not an Orbit Bhyve MAC ID, so I censored it. The MAC can be found on the inside, back panel of the timer. The faceplate swings open and its there, near a barcode.

KeymasterCRKREUTER, I’m looking at your timer now and I see that all 9 stations are set up and do have a watering coming up. Please keep in mind that the majority of your zones are different, so they’ll run different programs. Some zones may water less than others due to the landscape and soil type.

ParticipantMy system has unusual schedules. Now when I check the calendar, it doesn’t show what will be watered. Sometimes it waters the same zone 4 times in a row.
Please check it’s health.
