I live in the south, it gets really hot and my vegetable garden needs to be watered though my drip irrigation system pretty much every day.

I really like the idea of Smart watering (specifically how it checks if it rained recently and delays watering based on the amount)

However, I can’t seem to get it to water daily or every other day, I have it set to Annual Flowers with Loam soil. I also adjusted the watering toggle to more often. But in the heat of the summer, says it will water every 3 days. This won’t work for my garden.

How can I get my timer to water every day but skip a day of it rained recently?

    Thanks!

Hello Suburban Gardener, if you want daily watering, I would suggest using a custom program, but leaving smart watering enabled on the device. Our server will send rain delays if your area is expected rain and stop the timer from watering for 24 hours.
