I have four zones, two are for grass which I have the Smart Watering details set identically. However, the Watering Schedule and the Advanced details are way different between the two, why would that be? I have read how to make adjustments to the Watering schedule through editing the Advanced Details, but if the Zone Smart Watering Details are identical for multiple zones I would expect that the watering schedule would be the same and I should not have to make these adjustments.

I live in Phoenix Arizona and read another post from someone else in AZ with some suggestions. The primary concern is the extreme change in the seasons from heat during the summer and cold/rainy (on occasion) in the winter. In relation to the Smart Watering schedule I think that it would be useful to be able to define the number of days between waterings and let the system adjust the run time(s) to ensure the best plant performance. The idea is that most grass, even bermuda, and other non-native plants need daily watering during the summer, and then we can skip 3-5 in the winter.

    Thanks,
    Austin

Hey there SARSHO! Hmm we would like to take a look at your timer, what’s your MAC ADDRESS?

Also, thank you for the feedback on how we can improve scheduling. I will pass this onto our team.

    Hi Meranda,

Well, I have to admit that things seem to be right now, mostly. I had to correct the number of rotor heads for each of the two grass zones (they were both five, now both four) and now the watering duration is the same. However, the interval is not the same, but I can make the adjustment in the Watering Schedule Adjustment screen in one to match the other. Which works, but still I would think that all should be the same.

If you still want to look things over the MAC is: 44:67:55:02:70:E5

    Thanks,
    Austin
