    I set up a 12 zone system yesterday and have been trying to get it to look like your app. Pictures and I don’t see any scheduled starts I feel like I have it set up correctly and I don’t see the phone icon on the box as discribed in your manual. Can you look into it and see what I’m doing wrong . I also do not see the temperature on my app. Like shown in your examples . MAC address 44:67:55:02:76:7E

    Identical issue – additional request for help.
    I have the exact same problem installed June 10, 2018 same device type. I also don’t see the temperature on my app and there are not scheduled smart watering events. MAC address 44:67:55:03:B4:45

    I called the toll free number and waited quite a while. The service person noted that their server is behind in bringing on new units and it may be 2 to 3 days. She recommended in the mean time to set up a custom schedule. I gave her the MAC address and she noted the unit needed a firmware update. This is to take 2 to 3 hours to push down and complete. She said that if the smart watering schedule and temp on front page are not updated in 2 to 3 days, please write them with the MAC address in the text requesting technical help to begin the smart watering function.

    @bhpeterson & jeffsory1, I’ve checked both of your timers and the scheduled watering cycles are displaying. I see that you’re both using smart watering. after the initial set up the smart watering schedule doesn’t appear right away, because it takes some timer for the information to process. your firmware is all up to date as well. for the temperature not displaying you may want to try updating your Wi-Fi settings and re-entering your address again.
