    My smart watering schedule seems to be doubling the schedule. For example, it is scheduled to run and an hour after all zones are finished it is scheduled to run again.
    Is this normal? How can I fix this?

    if you go to each zones smart details under watering schedule adjustments you can decrease the runtime so it waters less. If you’d like me to take a look at your timer please provide us with your mac address.

    I’ve looked at your timer, and you don’t have any of the smart watering details entered for your zones. That is probably why you have such a weird watering schedule. To enter in the information select the zones tab> choose a zone> select smart details> then enter in all of the following information.

    Ok thanks. It does not seem to be adjusting to the changes. There are no smart water days programmed now. Can you help?

    So you will need to still put in the rest of the settings like the sprinkler count. It’s scheduling a program now, and it should appear sometime tomorrow. If it doesn’t just let me know.

    Hello
    Love my system still learning
    When I make individual zone changes to duration and interval in Smart Water program they seem to take but when I come back to view later these are all set back to “default” duration & interval
    The changes do not seem to save

    Thanks Ryan I really appreciate your help.
    So I see on the calendar the blue light bulb (smart water I assume) but nothing scheduled. Is that right?

    So if it shows smart watering on under the light bulb then when you click on it, and it shows its turned on for each individual zone then its ok. It will take some timer for all of the information to process and then create a watering schedule. for sure By tomorrow you’ll have one set.

    I cannot make any Watering Schedule Adjustments in Smart Settings on any Zone. I slide the controls for Runtime and Interval to something other than the middle setting. There is no “save” to press so I press the left arrow to go back to the previous screen. But when I go back to Watering Schedule Adjustments, my changes are reset to the middle.
