I have two bhyve (for frontyard and backyard), I am able to see only my backyard in the online account. In the app I have both. But Frontyard smart watering is not working. Everytime I check the setting for smart watering is not there.
1) How to get both the bhyve on the online account (over browser)
2) How to fix the smart watering issue on the Frontyard timer.
Thanks in advance.Spread the love!January 17, 2018 at 4:43 pm #603
@sank81 Please provide me with the MAC address of one of the timers so that I can look up your account. However, the web app is in the process of being updated. In its current form, the web can only control 1 timer.Spread the love!January 17, 2018 at 5:06 pm #604

I would second the request to be able to access 2 or more controllers from a web browser. 🙂Spread the love!January 23, 2018 at 8:00 pm #632JustinKeymaster
Thank you so much for all your feedback! We are in the process of updating the web app to control multiple timers.Spread the love!January 23, 2018 at 8:17 pm #633January 24, 2018 at 12:53 am #643
I disconnected one of the bhyve as it is not working as expected. Also with Alexa integration it usually fails when I have two bhyve.
So I turned off one bhyve to make sure at least one bhyve work properly.
On both of my bhyve, Smart watering is not great, it was watering a lot in the beginning and then with all the false RAIN prediction, it did not water properly.
Wondering where you getting the weather information and how it is validating the previous day information, like whether it rained at all or rained enough to skip water for next few days. I had manually watered few days as my Grass started turning Brown.Spread the love!January 24, 2018 at 2:50 pm #646
What is the MAC address of the timer you still have on your account? I’d like to take a look at it to see if I can see any invalid perameters in there.
Currently, Alexa will only work with one timer. We have no way of adding a 2nd timer device to Alexa.
We get our weather information from Aeris. When did you turn the smart watering off? We switched from NOAA about a month ago because we saw improvements with Aeris.Spread the love!January 24, 2018 at 3:56 pm #647

We need the ability to be able to control more than one timer from the web app. please implement this as soon as possible…Spread the love!May 7, 2018 at 6:17 pm #1475
You can try our open beta for the web portal at techsupport.orbitbhyve.com. Just use your same credentials as the app to log in. Keep in mind, this is a beta and is subject to change.Spread the love!May 8, 2018 at 7:18 pm #1506LifeischoiceParticipant
