    I cant get my new device to connect to my phone app. it says it was previously registered and it keeps telling me to call. everytime I call I have waited for over an hour and a half and I cant get through to any people!!!!!! I have a life. I need help please. I have been dealing with this for over two weeks now.

    did something happen today with logins? I cannot login to either the app or online. WHen I say forgot password and type in my email address or recovery, it says that my email does not exist in the system. Can you please fix this issue?

    Hi Ryan,
    MAC is 44:67:55:02:CB:50
    You should know that you updated the firmware on this device earlier today. Not sure if that could be linked to this issue.
