Hi all – I recently got myself into a pickle that I need some help getting out of.

I had a pipe leak that necessitated me turning off the main water supply for a while. While I was waiting for it to be fixed, I was just turning on the water supply and scheduling a manual sprinkler run on-demand, then turning the water off again when it was done to keep it from leaking too much.

Meanwhile, the Smart Watering was still enabled, so the BHyve thought that far more water was being applied than really was (because the water was shut off when the Smart Watering was happening).

So now, the leak is fixed, but Smart Watering is all confused and thinks my lawn is saturated and isn’t watering.

I tried adjusting the moisture level manually and waited a day but still no Smart Watering scheduled, even though the moisture level shows as 0%.

What do I need to do to get SW back on track? Is there a reset button? Is there a way to force it to recalculate?

    My MAC is: 44:67:55:01:F0:58

Hello Tadc, Just letting you know I’ve updated your firmware, reset your moisture levels to a low percentage, and smart watering is set to process a new schedule. Which will appear by tomorrow at the latest. Just so you know currently only zones 1, 2, and 4 have smart watering enabled. Also you may want to go to the watering schedule adjustments page under each zones smart details. Here you’ll be able to change the runtime, and watering frequency of each individual zone. If you have any questions on how to set these adjustments, or anything else please let us know. Thank you!
