I recently installed a Smart Hose Faucet Timer with WiFi hub. Installed the app on my phone, and set a program to water the single zone twice a week (Smart Watering is turned off). But the program does not water the garden – the programmed times show on the calendar, but when the time arrives, the entry disappears from the Calendar and no watering occurs (I stood in the garden and verified that the unit was indeed not watering). Manual watering works fine, but without programmable scheduling, the unit is not fit for purpose.

    My details are:
Hub: MAC address: 44:67:55:21:46:D6, Firmware version: 0022, Hardware version: BH1-0001
Timer: MAC address: 44:67:55:12:63:3C, Firmware version: 0032, Hardware version: HT25-0000

Can you please advise how to fix this?

I have the same issue with one of my timers. I posted a similar question weeks ago. Good luck in getting a response.

Take it back and get a LinkTap. These things are rubbish. Great concept and hardware let down by buggy software and disinterested support

We have a new firmware coming out either this week or next that should help resolve this issue. Keep an eye out for a new firmware update for your tap timer (this will need to be manually initiated by you), but the hub will update on its own once we push that update out.
