    My Mac is 44:67:55:03:5C:FA

    When I turn a program on in the app, it immediately turns back off.

    The unit is showing a good WiFi connection. Not sure what’s going on.

    This is usually an indication of a network issue somewhere.

    If the phone doesn’t have a solid WiFi connection sometimes turning off the phone’s WiFi will resolve this.

    Some detail: When you enable the program the app sends the change to the server then the server sends the change to the timer and the timer should acknowledge the change to the server then the server acknowledges the change to the app. If the app doesn’t get the acknowledgement in time it reverts the status back to it’s previous state (off in this case) which triggers another change back to what it was before and you’re stuck.

    You could try some basic things from the timer interface and see if they are reflected in the app, if not, try turning your phone’s WiFi off and then try again. Sounds odd but my phone has some spots in my yard where it has WiFi connection but not enough of one to actually do anything.

    It wasn’t the network. While awaiting this reply I called support. Turned out to be a firmware problem. Once the firmware was updated it began working.
