    Hi, I have a program set to start every other morning. However, when the time came nothing happened. Could you please advise on what the issue is? I have listed my MAC addresses below.

    HUB: 44:67:55:20:65:47
    UNIT: 44:67:55:10:81:B9

    I’ve updated the firmware of your hub so that should fix any issues you may have. However you should update your Wi-Fi settings and re-pair your timer. If I keeps not watering your scheduled programs connect to Bluetooth. You might get a message that says something about the time being off. If so power cycle your timer. you will need to reconnect to the timer via Bluetooth again.

    I have performed all of the steps you provided and the unit did not start automatically this morning. What is the next step?
