    I installed it, programmed it and the next morning no stations had run but I got notifications that they had. I am able to run them all manually from the app, but had to turn the rain delay sensor to off to run them manually from the box? Do I need a firmware upgrade? Help. The MAC address is 44:67:55:02:A7:C9. Thanks

    rhaub101, I’ve updated your firmware. if you have a rain delay set it will cancel any automatic programs. You have smart watering disabled so it wont be setting any future delays. However if it says it is due to a rain sensor and you don’t have one you will want to make sure your sensor is turned off. To do so set your timer to auto and at the actual timer hold down the rain delay button. You will want to do so until you see sensor off appear. if on appears just do it again so that off appears.

    Correct Mac is
    44:67:55:02:C2:EB
    Timer is recommending rain delays with 100 degree plus weather with no rain in the forecast.

    Multiple days of not running programs. very unreliable and is going to kill my lawn on these 100 degree days.

    I have spent Hours of set up, calibration and test. The smart watering feature is horrible. Setting up water cups the app did not save my inputs on numerous zones. So it took forever to complete. I double checked the water estimates from my measurements and it was not consistent with orbit online scheduler. After setting up smart watering all my 12 zones watering all back to back so watering continues all night in the the afternoon. So I switch to manual programs which show history of watering, but I didn’t feel the grass showed as being water. So I put out catch cups and the next morning rather than watering 3 of my zones 4 times each like the calendar showed it would, each cup was absolutely empty. This is going to kill my grass if I wasn’t diligent enough to track it. When I first bought this it required me to log in to a users forum to request updates to the firmware of the residential timer. I am returning it. So frustrated.

    This product should not have been released in this horrible state.

    @haigpointbhyve, your firmware is up to date. Also h you have smart watering disabled on your device so you will no longer receive those delays. If you ever wish to re-enable smart watering i’d suggest editing the weather adjustments under you device details page. Here you can adjust after how much rainfall when the delay activates.

    @thorup
    , I apologize for the hassle you’ve had trying to set up your timer. before you return it if you’d like me to take a look at your timer to see what’s going on I’d need you mac address.

    Sorry for bringing up an old post, but my timer is horrible, works flawlessly for 3 days and then missing a section during a program. Now today I cannot test any zones be it through the app or manually from the unit,
    I am on the verge of taking it back as I am goong overseas in 3 weeks and don’t want my fruit trees to die,
    Please respond on how I fix this
    IP address on the unit is 44:67:55:02:57:5A

    I am having the same problem. No matter what I’ve changed, it is not working. Smart watering is turned off, and it shows that the program is scheduled to run, but then in the end it just skips it and the reason it gives is rain delay. How can that be possible if smart watering is turned off. We connect to Bluetooth, set up the system again, and it just does the same thing. It keeps skipping the program. There’s no rain in site though so even if smart watering was on, it shouldn’t be skipping. We are at our wits end and ready to just send this thing back. It’s more hassle than it is worth right now. Any help, ideas or suggestions???
