    ok thanks! it was at version 18 this AM but now showing as version 22 /

    hope the firmware update push was all that was needed.

    Thanks for the reply/update; unfortunately my connection still dropped. Had already been using Quad8 for DNS, device is literally sitting right next to a router too.

    I’ve already emailed customer support to, short of returning the device (which i’d rather not do..) any other suggestions?

    ok then/ though given the volume of issues i see reported on the forums (that you see too), i suspect the issue isn’t just me…

    Have the hose timer working fine through bluetooth but connecting to the hub is not working. Have solid green light on the hub but when I try to setup smart watering it says I need to buy a hub so it is not recognizing it. Finally decided to start from scratch and deactivated the timer and it is removed from the web app but the mobile app is taking me through the setup procedure from the get go and when it tries to connect to the hub it says device not found. Really need some help here………

    Hello rbperrie, do you currently have any devices associated/paired with your account? If so could I have it’s mac address? Also you may want to try resetting your devices. Pushing the button five times rapidly in a row for both of them. You could also try power cycling your units.
