    Your timer shows as offline at the moment but that it was connected today, a power cycle will usually get it connected.

    If we can’t seem to catch it in a connected state then you can call in and work with tech support to catch it and update it while you’re on the phone if possible, timing can be tricky I know.

    I just tried again and it is offline again and it says it was last connected on 9/13.

    Sorry for the delay, I have been out of the office a lot this week.

    I’ll keep trying throughout the day today but we may need to do this as a coordinated update with you at the timer with us on the phone to get it done.
