Earlier this week I could not control anything because of a server 502 error.
Today getting “The server took too long to respond”
Trying to germinate bermudagrass and can’t turn on the sprinklers even with bluetooth.
Making local control dependent on a remote server is obviously poor design.

    Couple other app problems:
Can’t cancel manually initiated rain delay; click the cancel button but nothing happens.
With program turned off, the zone ran ths morning anyway.

I can’t let the seed dry out, and yet I can’t turn on the water.

    I need this fixed, please.

If you give me your mac address I can look at your timer for you. Also your timer still works as a regular timer even if you can’t control it from your phone so you can turn on, and adjust you programs from the actual timer.

@ts0293, I’ve taken a look and your firmware is up to date, and the rain delays cleared. You shouldn’t be experiencing theses issues anymore.
However if you do please let me know.

Hello afitz23, I’ve tried looking up your timer through our system but I cant find any accounts paired to this device. Have you by chance deauthorized your device?
