Does the 8 zone b-hyve support connecting to a “Pump Start Relay” and what are the max Amp limit? Same wiring on a RainBird controller works without problems, but not on the b-hyve

Yes all of bhyve timers work with a pump system. In order to use the pump you will need a pump start relay to convert the voltage over to 24-30volts for the timer to register it. If not it will likely blow your system. you will need to insert the 24Vac wires in to the com and pump terminal on your timer. the model # for our pump start relay is 57009.

Thank you Ryan for acing the solution. Once I swapped my pump relay with your Orbit 57009 pump relay all is well and I’m happily discovering the b-hyve’s capabilities.
