I have 4 timers and one hub. They were working but suddenly have stopped watering a few days ago. I can’t get them to water manually either. This is terrible, I paid a lot of money for these and I’m going to have to manually water until this is resolved. Please take a look at them and het me know what is wrong. Here are my mac addresses:
    Hub:
    44:67:55:20:15:B6
    Device 1:
    44:67:55:10:BE:26
    Device 2:

    Device 3:

@aguedry, All of your timers need to be updated to v32. Unfortunately these updates cannot be passed through automatically. We do recommend checking for updates fairly often (maybe once a month). If you update those, I can update your hub and this should resolve the issue you’re seeing.

@Stephen, 2 of my timers were already on the newest firmware. I was able to update the other 2, but only after removing and resetting them up. They are all 4 now on V32. Please update the hub and let me know when it’s complete so I can manually water today.
You might want to email registered users when there is a firmware update as well as any release notes.
    Thanks
