    For some reason, the watering history stopped saving the information since June 19. It has been run a few times since then, even when I manually start a zone/program. I’m not sure what’s going on there.

    Also, the calendar does not show a dot for the scheduled program 3 days this week (today included). It did run this morning as I have the programs setup to run MWF and saw the concrete was wet. I’m not sure why the calendar is not showing the scheduled program. It is random too as all the rest of the days of this month and next month have the correct scheduled program.

    I’m wondering if I have to reset the timer, by unplugging or resetting the connections.

    I appreciate any assistance.

    I have 2 timers and one won’t run the program but will operate manually. It doesn’t show the weather or history. When I sign in to the web site the timers are combined and only one device shows up????? Any suggestions to get it to run the program?

    I am seeing the same thing. I got a message this morning that the watering is complete but the calendar for today does not show any watering has occurred. The watering history does not show any watering for any zone since 6/14/19. I just set zone 1 for a two minute watering test. But the watering history says zone 1 has last watered 6/12/19. I tried power cycling the timer it did not help.

    Mine has been doing the same thing plus I have the smart watering feature setup and since it doesn’t record the history anymore, it says my zones are all at 0% and waters every morning. I have to stop it manually or turn the timer off. This thing is junk in my book!

    I am not sure what changed but the last few days the Watering History started to get saved again.

    Hello, we were experiencing some server issues due to a change we made, but the server should be up and running again and all issues should be resolved. Please let me know if you are continuing to see issues.
