    Mine will just randomly disconnect from the WiFi with no notice. I end up finding out as the program did not run as it was suppose to. I have to re-connect to the WiFi and then it works again till it decides to disconnect again. Rediculous!
    I was told when I bought this system that the programs were stored LOCALLY on the box and if the WiFi went down or it disconnected the watering programs would still work but this is not the case.
    Pretty sure I’m going to have to replace this unit. Its WAY too unreliable.

    Mine also just randomly disconnects from WiFi. I am on firmware version 33. Can you update my system to the latest firmware? Will that help with wifi connectivity reliability? I am already using DNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.

    My timer has a bluetooth icon in the top left corner of display. When I go to iphone settings, it tells me that b-hyve has access to bluetooth, Siri & search, Notifications and Cellular data…but wifi is not there.
    Mac address is 44:67:55:03:44:BC
    I have sent a messenger text as well to get things started.

    BTW…things were working perfectly for over a year now. I changed my wifi settings and screwed it up royally.

    Well I managed to fix my screw up. I held the reset down on the back of the door for 10 seconds. That put everything back to square one. From there I was able to connect to wifi and set up everything again.

    I seem to be having the same issue as well I cannot control my device using my app but I can control in via the B-hyve site. My mac address is
    MAC Address: 44:67:55:04:0d:66
    Firmware Version: 0039
    It was working fine up until a week ago.
