Over the past few weeks, I’ve installed b hyve and set up smart watering, but because of rain delays, it had not watered yet and on Wed the 23rd, I looked at the app and saw that the app said “no watering scheduled”. I figured it was a rain delay thing as there is rain in the forecast. Then I get a call from my daughter who is mowing the lawn yesterday (the 24th) and the sprinklers have come on while she was mowing. I pulled up the app and hit stop to turn them off.

That evening, I turned them back on and when it finished zone 5, it went on to the next zones, but didn’t close the valve on zone 5. I tried turning everything off, including the unit and the power. But the only way I could stop the water from flowing in zone 5 is turning off the water.

Hope to figure this out soon and start not thinking about my sprinklers so much. Thx for any help.

Hello ChickweedATL, as for why it showed no programs scheduled it was most likely a new schedule hadn’t been made, due to the rain you had. So it was created later, after you checked. When you tried turning off valve 5 did you try unplugging the timer, and was there any sign of fault on the actual timer screen? If you unplugged the timer and it was still running that means its not a timer issue.
