    I am not getting any notifications when away from home.
    I have tried turning notifications off and back on, makes no difference.
    Does the app /device actually do what we read it should ?
    Hardware WT25-0001
    Firmware ver 0033
    MAC address 44:67:55:02:4A:FD

    Since posting some negative feedback, notifications have started working again for me. This and the programming issues makes me think it’s a problem with the Server(s) rather than with my actual controller.

    Stephen my phone is a Samsung J5 Pro and Android version is 8.1.0
    Thank you also for confirming my timer is on the latest firmware.

    Over a month and still not resolved.
    I was advised to contact H-R Products here in Australia for a replacement, they have been most helpful and seem to think it is app related.
    They have advised me that Orbit are seeing the same problem in the US and are looking into the problem.
    Notifications are not working at all now, maybe time to get it returned for refund and get another product.

    The latest app update shown on android Playstore is dated 23 Jan 2019, so where do I download this NEW version for android 8.1

    It may take a day or two to see the updated version of the app, but you should definitely see it before the end of the week.

    Hello all,

    Can I have you try logging out of your account and logging back in to see if that resolves the notifications issues? You will got to settings>account>log out. Upon logging back in notifications should begin working again.
