    I have 3 smart water timers and I have 2 issues/ I am not receiving any notifications if the timer is in a rain delay or has watered as scheduled. I check to see if auto water has been performed and it looks like they are not watering as scheduled. I am able to water manually. When i contacted support they told me to reset all the devices including the hub and this would fix it, that was a week ago and still nothing seems to work. I have to say i am very disappointed in this product and at this point would never recommend to anyone.

    @stevear35 I show that only one of your timers is taking commands from our server (the Front Yard Timer). I would recommend connecting to the other two timers via Bluetooth and re-do the program.

    We do have a new firmware we are releasing soon for the Hose Faucet Timers that will help resolve the issues you’re having with them not responding, and it should start sending notifications as well.

    I cant tell you how many times I have been told to reset the timers or HUB, but I will try this again. Do you know when the Firmware will be updated?

    I went ahead and replaced the programs on the two timers. Both still are not watering automatically. I am able to turn them on manually. Are you able to see these timers on the server? Are these timers defective? T
