My system is setup for smart watering, however I have a couple of questions.

    1. In calendar I see a smart program setup but there are no details, just “Smart Program 6:00am ~ 108 min” and then again for 7:48am. When I click on the event I only see weather information, there is no details on zones. (by the way, running 108 minutes twice would be WAY too much water for my yard but maybe that’s a separate issue).

    2. On the ‘Zones’ page, I show 3 zones. Clicking on each of these and under Next Watering shows ‘Not Scheduled’.

So it looks like the zones are not scheduled to run as part of the program event?

    Thanks for the help.

Hello Stephen1201, Please provide me with your MAC address so that I can take a look at your timer on our servers to see if I can find out what is going on with your system.

Also, are you using Android or iOS?

Stephen, I logged into my Android app this evening and now I see details of the watering schedule per zone. The schedule is also for a more reasonable amount of time. Maybe it just took a little while for the software to do its thing.
    Thanks,
    Steve

Stephen, after the unit came out of rain delay the programming seems strange. It is scheduling zone 1 the first day and zone 2 the second day, zone 3 is not scheduled. The MAC address is 44:67:55:00:51:29.

    Thanks!

Stephen1201, Looking at your timer, I don’t see any upcoming program due to the forecasted rain. Can you screenshot the program you’re seeing for me?
