    I opened an RMA over a week ago for a failed unit. I am on hold with support right now for over 30 minutes and over 20 minutes for online chat. Does anyone work here?

    I apologize about the wait time, we are working on getting more agents through training so that we can apply more people to Bhyve chat and phones.
