    Like others have mentioned, my smart watering has not been watering certain zones, requiring me to manually water them. I think I’ve found a correlation… For zones that are not behaving properly, they all seem to briefly show soil moisture with negative percentages, which quickly increase back to 0 (negative numbers increasing to zero).

    KC, thank you for your feedback on this issue. If you could provide your MAC address I will be able to check your firmware and update as necessary, as well as see if there are any settings which might be causing this. Without being able to see my best guess would be your catch-cup data if you have entered any, it may be beneficial to re-run that test.

    Still having the app report negative soil moisture percentages. Redid the catch cups test a week or so ago, didn’t have any affect.

    Hello KC

    I’ve checked your timers, and they’re currently both at the latest firmware version, and everything else seems to be functioning properly. Please watch the catch cup video, and read the instructions in the catch cup page under smart details. After doing so try reentering your catch cup data, currently there are a few recording that are interfering with your smart watering. You could also try deleting your catch cup information, to see if your issue continues.
    Your current moisture levels are 86%, 79%, 100%, 100% for zones one through 4, and the other three are set to zero for your back yard timer. Then all 4 on you front yard timer zones are set to zero percent.
    Are you reading this in each zones detail page in the soil moisture level gauge? Please let us know if you have any other issues.

    Thanks for the info. I reentered my catch cup data a few week ago, as suggested by Steven.

    The backyard timer seems to behave, and runs the smart schedule. However, the front timer has literally tried killing everything it’s suppose to be watering, by failing to water at all.

    As you can see, one timer behaves like I’d expect, where the other is literally trying to kill my front yard.

    KC,

    You will want to make some adjustments in each zones smart details page under the watering schedule adjustments section. Here you will be able to adjust the runtime, and watering interval. This will set smart watering to what you’d like it to water, and adjustments will be made for there. There is a slide bar for each setting, and adjustments are showed above under estimated duration for your runtime then in the calendar for your interval (which will show the number of days between each watering). Once you’ve set your slide bars and left this page your adjustments will save, and a new schedule will process (it should show by midnight). Also just so you know if you return to the watering schedule adjustments page your slide bars will revert back to their original position, but will adjust from you previously entered adjustments.
