ParticipantI am unable to get the timer to run the auto program that I setup. This is not a new program, it has run successfully in the past.
This morning I set it for manual watering and it started – but then it would cycle on and off in one minute intervals for about 20 minutes. I finally got tired of it and turned it off. Now it has started again and I’m unable to turn it off. Please fix this asap. The mac address for this device is:

ParticipantI looks like you need to connect the device to your account. It is not showing up under that mac address.

ParticipantRyan,
Not sure where you are looking, but I’m looking at my app on my phone and that mac address is setup in my account. I haven’t changed anything.

ParticipantCould you please check your mac address? If that is the correct one then please contact our support team either by phone or email.
You could repair the timer. Also have you tried replacing the batteries?

Keymaster@Aguedry I have updated the firmware on your hub and that should resolve the issues you’re having.

ParticipantMy device is still auto changing to off this morning. Not sure what to do now.

ParticipantI would suggest re-pairing your timer then.

ParticipantRyan,
I’ve removed the timer from my account and am unable to get it to re-pair. I’ve removed the batteries several times, reinserted and pressed the power button 5 times. No matter what I do it will not pair.
What should I do now?Spread the love!June 11, 2018 at 9:21 pm #3085Ryan

ParticipantRyan,
I’ve setup the new timer and upgraded the firmware to version 32. It is resetting itself to off. Can you take a look? My MAC address is: 44:67:55:10:C8:56.

Participanthello aguedry, go ahead and connect to your timer via Bluetooth, and then set your timer to auto and save your program. You might get a message that says something about the time being off. If that shows power cycle your timer. After that go ahead and reconnect your timer to the internet/your hub group.
