My manual program isn’t running. My timer turned off originally. I believe I have that solved. It is back to being set to auto. I have refreshed the WiFi connection. The smart watering option is turned off. The firmware is updated to the latest version, and yet although it shows that my program ran this morning, I was physically standing outside, and it most certainly didn’t. I can water manually just fine, but the program doesn’t start the water.
My MAC is 44:67:55:20:3B:8C for the hub and 44:67:55:10:75:B9 for the timer.

Apologies for the late response. We were out of town for a few days so I set a rain delay and watered manually to make sure my garden wouldn’t go without. Okay, back to the basics then.
Look at the timer, if it is blinking a red LED then the batteries are too low for it to run the program, it may have enough to stay connected but not actuate the latch valve. If this is the case then replace the batteries with new ones.
If there is not a red blinking light then maybe for some reason the Hub isn’t setting the date/time on the timer properly, over time it will become more and more inaccurate so it requires an update periodically. To make sure it is set correctly you’ll need to connect to the timer with your phone via Bluetooth. Get within 10 feet or less, then open the app and tap on the network icon in the upper left of the screen and then say Connect Via Bluetooth. Once it connects the phone will automatically read the battery percent and set the date/time.
From there you could create a test program that will run 2 or 3 minutes from “now” and set it to run for a minute and watch to see if it runs or not.
IF THAT DOESN’T WORK
Well, we might need to reconfigure the timer, there’s a chance that during onboarding something didn’t get set properly. This will involve you factory resetting the timer and deleting it from your account. If you want to go this route here on the forums let me know and I will tell you how or you can just for it. The basics are this. Make sure you’re using the very latest version of the App, check the app store for updates. Go to the device detail screen and then tap on Deauthorize, this will delete everything about this timer. Then tap the b button on the timer 5 times in a row, this factory resets it, it will blink red really fast for a few seconds then go to a blue blink. Then go to the Devices screen and tap on Add New Device and then choose the hose tap only option.

At this point it seems to have worked. I reconnected with BT and have my Temperature back showing. I then successfully ran a two minute program from WiFi. If I run into other issues or it doesn’t work in the morning, I’ll let you know.
