    I sent an email to support but have yet to hear back.

    Here is the email I sent.

    Hey there! I just purchased and installed the
    Orbit B-hyve 21004 Smart Hose Faucet Timer with Wi-Fi Hub on my sprinkler system.

    I run a very simple setup. No valves or solenoids. Just one zone. Without the b-hyve connected I get pretty good pressure to the system. But after I installed it I am getting only about 1gpm. The heads are just sputtering and barely popping up. I read on the forums that you asked others with a similar issue to email you directly. So I am. What can be done to get the flow rate back to normal?

    Also when running water through the b-have it is VERY loud. I can hear it across the yard. Will this get quieter once we fix the flow rate issue?

    CrymsonX, I’m sorry but, There isn’t much that I can do for you though the forum other than recommend waiting for an agent to get back to you, or to try calling through to our product support line for further assistance.
