Home Community B-Hyve Indoor/Outdoor Timer I can't activate any of my programs

    I have been using my B-hyve for over a year but while trying to set it up this year I can’t activate any of my programs. If I go to Program and load an existing program and then activate it by selecting ON, it goes to On briefly then switches itself to Off. This happens with all three programs I have tried. At times I also get a message that says the program has been changed remotely do I want to Exit, Import, or ??? Activate. I tried all three but nothing changed. A little later I tried again and I can select a program and activate it and it stays on until I leave the program mode. If I check scheduled there is nothing scheduled. If I go to Home it says I have no programs scheduled. When I go back to Program all of the programs I activated are now Off.

    I tried resetting the rain sensor by holding the Rain Delay button down on the controller for 5 seconds and it when to Off, but I still can’t make a program active

    Hello Bault, I’ve enabled your programs for you. You may want to unplug your timers ribbon cable (for about 5 seconds), and then update your timers Wi-Fi settings. This will help fix any app/timer connection issues that may have been going on. Please let us know if you have any other issues.
