    I’ve tried reseting and repairing the hub and timer and the timer won’t connect, it connected the first time but the app froze while updating and I have never been able to get the timer to connect again. Mac 44:67:55:10:A9:2F

    Hello zer0jb, could I have you hubs mac address please? We may need to update your hub, seeing as your timer isn’t even connected to your account. Thank you.

    Zer0jb, your hub is no longer connected to we’re unable to update it. You could try resetting it (pushing the button 5 times), and then update your Wi-Fi settings. You may want to edit your DNS settings on your router to 8.8.8.8 with 8.8.4.4 as a back-up, and make sure it’s within 30ft of your router with out too many objects obstructing your signal.
    You could also try deauthorizing your hub, and starting from scratch. Please let us know if you need any other assistance.
