One of my hose faucet timers auto-magically turned off and will not move back to the auto position. Help?

@BIGDEEMAN2004 That typically means that the timer has bad batteries. Replacing those should resolve this issue for you.

This worked. Thanks. Another problem…now the device battery meter shows “0%” rather than “100%”.

    Help?

Have you connected to the hose faucet timer with the phone directly since replacing the batteries? This should force the battery status to update properly.

    Hope this helps!

I am beginning to think that neither battery life indicator is working correctly. I say this because my hose faucet timer with brand new batteries works fine but the battery indicator says zero. Then, my other hose faucet timer with older batteries still reads 100% which I also know cannot be true. Help?

Did you connect directly to them via Bluetooth or is this based on what it’s reporting via WiFi through the Hub?

If it’s only through the hub there is a known issue with this but directly via Bluetooth should update the battery percentage correctly.

If you have a Hub, what is the MAC Address for it? I’ll see if there’s a newer version of firmware for it.

We’re working on a new firmware for the Hub that will report battery levels correctly, we will begin testing it in the next couple of weeks.

    Thanks!

Once again, you are spot on. I’m checking it via Wi-Fi. The MAC address to my hub is 44 67 55 20 14 F3

Your Hub is on the latest firmware we have so there’s not a lot more I can do for now.

Unfortunately you need to connect to them occasionally via BT to update the battery percent until we get the new firmware ready to go.

    Thanks for reporting back!
