    I have two b•Hyve faucet timers. One is set up with one zone and named BACKYARD. I believe its MAC address is: 44:67:55:10:43:57. The other zone is named “Front Yard”. It’s MAC address is: 44:67:55:10:CA:C1. It is a replacement faucet timer. The original one said it was watering but never opened up to let any water out to the hose. This one works but the scheduler doesn’t seem to obey. I set up the Front Yard to start on July 7 and water every three days. I did this on Sunday, the 8th because I had watered manually on the 7th. Since the 7th had already passed it should have watered on the 10th. But instead it turned on and watered on the 9th. So I re-programmed it to start the program on the 12th. But, guess what! It watered today (the 11th). I’m drowning my shrubs. The backyard is doing just the opposite. I told it to start the program on the 11th (tonight) and run every three days. But tonight it did not water. It says it will water on Saturday, July 14th. It looks like the app programmer has a severe edge case problem. Can someone at Orbit please connect to my faucets and set them up to run every three days. The front yard doesn’t need water again until Saturday, the 14th since it was watered on the 9th and the 11th. The backyard needs to be watered now. and then after another three days until I change programs. There is also another discrepancy. The new front yard faucet lets through about 3.5 gallons per minute which is fine. Why then, does the back yard faucet only let through a flow of about 1.5 gallons per minute. They both work but the water pressure is the same at both faucets so it is confusing why the flow rate is so much different. I really need this fixed. Can you please check my program and entire setup and see if it is programmed correctly and if now, correct it while you are connected and then let me know when I can expect it to water first and then when in the next couple of iterations of the program. Also I need to know if you want my original faucet that did not let any water through shipped back to you. I did not receive any RMA when I received the new warranty replacement. Thank you very much for getting these issues resolved as soon as possible.

    Hello [email protected], Go a head and connect to your timer via Bluetooth. you might get a message that says something about the time being off. If that shows power cycle your timer, and then reconnect to your Wi-Fi network/hub. If it still isn’t working set the program through Bluetooth instead of reconnecting to Wi-Fi. Make sure you give it time to confirm weather or not it will water every three days. Also we do not need your old unit go ahead, and discard it. Please let us know if you have any further issues after that.
