    I have a problem with the battery level not working or only momentarily when connected via BT.
    The Hub Firmware Version is 0022. Would like to know how to upgrade to 0023 as it appeared to solve the battery problem for BAZPRAZ.

    Hub: Firmware Version: 0022. MAC address: 44:67:55:21:48:C2. Hardware Version : BH1-0001
    Timer: Firmware Version: 32. MAC address: 44:67:55:12:56:33. Hardware Version: HT25-0000

    I’m having the same battery problem. I have replaced the batteries 4 different times and the level still doesn’t show 100%

    Thank you for the email address. Can you try replacing the batteries once more with fresh alkaline batteries and then control the timer via bluetooth. This should update you to the most recent battery percentage.

    Thanks it updated. But I’m only showing 6% battery now. I even changed the batteries from another package. Guessing this timer has just died or something. Oh well.

    What is with your rain delay in the app? I have had 20 weeks since I installed my behyve where the software sets a rain delay on some unknown forecast and my lawn has gone brown due to lack of water. fast forward to today, I look at the calendar in my Bhyve app and it shows Wednesday September 1, 2021 as a sunny day, where did it get that false data? I live about 5 miles east of Philadelphia, Pa in Deptford, Nj. On THAT Wednesday we had the remnants of Hurricane Ida come through and we got 3 inches of rain here so listing it as a non rain delay day is completely wrong. Can you FINALLY fix your app to allow us to COMPLETELY DISABLE the RAIN DELAY function in the app because it it TOTALLY USELESS. based on how bad it is I give the app “0” stars. I have already wasted my money on your product which itself is a good product but due to the useless rain delay portion of the app I cannot recommend this to anyone. avoid this controller until Orbit fixes this flaw
